Engine & Drivetrain
The 427 was pulled and fully rebuilt by Hannaford's High Performance Center in Hollis Center, Maine. Work included: .030 over pistons, new ring set, camshaft, lifters, chain and sprocket kit, oil pump, rod and main bearings, Fel-Pro head gaskets, harmonic balancer, and engine oil supplement. Machine shop work included boring cylinders .030 over, turning the crank .010 under, reconditioning rods, valve job, installing cam bearings and freeze plugs, hot tanking the block and heads, and hot tanking the intake manifold. Total engine rebuild cost was $2,175.52.
A complete clutch kit was installed — pressure plate, clutch disk, and release bearing — sourced from Summit Racing.
Exhaust
Full 2½” exhaust system installed. Includes reproduction oval mufflers, exhaust tips, bezels, hangers, and bezel screws. Waterhouse exhaust work also documented in earlier repair records.

Landry's Auto Repair in Biddeford, Maine performed extensive work including: full engine R&R, flywheel ring gear and starter drive replacement, complete exhaust replacement, cracked manifold repair, exhaust hanger repair, pressure wash of engine compartment, wiper repair, rear card and float bowl repair, caliper kit, brake pads, pilot bearing, thermostat and housing, water pump, PCV valve, fan belts, spark plugs, and anti-freeze service. Total bill: $3,638.69.
